The big light show for Pembroke Pines families is a few miles north in Davie: Hoffman’s Chocolates Winter Wonderland at Flamingo Gardens, every night from Nov. 21 through Dec. 30, 2026. In town, the city’s holiday season centers on SnowFest and the tree lighting on Saturday, Dec. 5, followed in recent years by Santa on a fire truck, two free holiday open houses and a movie night. Several of the city’s December events had not been scheduled for 2026 when we checked; the dates below say which year they are from.

The tree lighting, SnowFest tickets and the question of a Christmas parade are covered on our Christmas tree lighting and SnowFest page.
