Trash pickup on Thanksgiving

Last year the city’s notice said the only change on Thanksgiving Day was that Waste Pro crews would start at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m., to handle the extra volume and let workers get home to their families. The city suggested putting carts at the curb after 6 p.m. the night before. The bulk schedule did not change. Expect a similar notice in mid-November; we will update this page when it is posted. Your pickup days are on the city’s pickup day map and in our trash and recycling guide.
