Bakeries in Pembroke Pines sit along Pines Boulevard, with a Cuban bakery at each end of the city and a French bakery and a cake shop near Pembroke Lakes Mall. The Shops at Pembroke Gardens off Interstate 75 has a sourdough bakery and a cupcake shop.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Pembroke Pines city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 10, 2026. We added Keik, Lady Baker and the second Vicky Bakery from the state’s restaurant license records, the Pembroke Gardens dining directory and their own websites, and we checked every address against the city limits. Misha’s Cupcakes is confirmed by the Pembroke Gardens directory because its own location page loads only in a browser. CAO Bakery and Don Pan block our checks, and Crumbl and Nothing Bundt Cakes store pages would not load, so they are not listed yet. The list is alphabetical. Bonjour French Bakery & Cafe on Pines Boulevard is part of a small group of French bakeries in Miami-Dade and Broward. Its site lists petite desserts, cakes and French breads, including baguettes, with coffee and meals from breakfast to dinner.

Keik near Pembroke Lakes Mall is a brunch restaurant and cake shop with locations in Miami-Dade and Broward. Its site lists pastries, desserts and custom cakes, takes cake orders online and books tables.

Lady Baker at Pembroke Gardens has baked in Pembroke Pines since 2020, its site says. It lists naturally fermented sourdough, laminated croissants and a seasonal pastry case, and its eatery next door, LB Eatery & Wine, serves brunch daily and dinner later in the week.

Misha’s Cupcakes at Pembroke Gardens is described in the center’s directory as South Florida’s first cupcake bakery, with more than 16 cupcake flavors a day, cakes and brownies.

Vicky Bakery is a Cuban bakery chain with two stores in the city, at the east end of Pines Boulevard and in the west near Dykes Road. Both pages list the same hours. The east store’s web address still says “baking soon,” but its page gives full hours and a phone.
