Ice cream and desserts in Pembroke Pines cluster at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens off Interstate 75, where four places on this list are within a short walk of each other. The rest are on Pines Boulevard, mostly in the shopping centers between Hiatus Road and Flamingo Road near Pembroke Lakes Mall.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Pembroke Pines city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 10, 2026. We added Emack & Bolio’s, Gelosia, Häagen-Dazs, Keik, Melt N Dip and Menchie’s from the state’s restaurant license records, the Pembroke Gardens dining directory and their own websites, and we checked every address against the city limits. Where a chain’s store page loads only in a browser, the state’s 2026 inspection or the Pembroke Gardens directory confirms the shop. Crumbl and Nothing Bundt Cakes store pages would not load, so they are not listed yet. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Emack & Bolio’s at 10350 Pines Blvd. is an ice cream shop chain. Its locations page gives the Pembroke Pines address but not hours or a phone; the state inspected it in August 2026.

Gelosia Delizia Italiana at Pembroke Gardens is a gelato parlor. The center’s directory lists artisanal gelato, smoothies, semifreddi, frozen yogurt, panini and coffee. It has no website of its own; the state inspected it in July 2026.

Häagen-Dazs has a shop at Pembroke Gardens, listed in the center’s directory and inspected by the state in August 2026. The brand’s own site has no page for this shop.

Keik on Pines Boulevard near Pembroke Lakes Mall is a brunch restaurant and cake shop with locations in Miami-Dade and Broward. Its site takes custom cake orders and table reservations.

Melt N Dip near Flamingo Road is a dessert chain. Its site lists Belgian chocolate, Italian gelato, crepes, cakes and dipped treats. The state inspected the Pembroke Pines shop in August 2026.

Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt at 11057 Pines Blvd. is a frozen yogurt chain. Its store page loads only in a browser; the state inspected it in July 2026.
