How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Pembroke Pines city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 10, 2026. We added Another Broken Egg, Crema Gourmet, Denny’s, First Watch, Roasting Buddies and the second IHOP and Einstein stores from the state’s restaurant license records and their own websites, and we checked every address against the city limits. Starbucks and Dunkin’ have several stores each in the city and are not listed one by one. CAO Bakery and Sosta Caffe block our checks and Cracker Barrel’s page would not load, so they are not listed yet. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
