Eight Pembroke Pines restaurants whose own sites name a patio or outdoor seating, five at Pembroke Gardens and three on Pines Boulevard or Hiatus Road.

Last checked Oct. 10, 2026. Refreshed every three months.

Outdoor dining in Pembroke Pines centers on The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, the open-air center off Interstate 75 that describes itself as a Main Street-style place to walk between stores and eat on patios. Away from the center, patios on this list are on Hiatus Road, near Flamingo Road and by Pembroke Lakes Mall on Pines Boulevard.

How we made this list. We started from OpenStreetMap records inside the Pembroke Pines city limits, the same data behind our local directory, plus the Pembroke Gardens dining directory and the state’s restaurant license records. A place is listed only if its own website names a patio, terrace or outdoor seating at its Pembroke Pines location, checked on Oct. 10, 2026. A chain-wide line such as “patio seating at most locations” did not count. More restaurants at Pembroke Gardens have outdoor tables; we add them when their sites say so. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Write to us to correct your entry.
